Please review these terms before booking an event or purchasing a DIY Party Box. Any extra rules for your event or product will be shown before payment.
Booking and payment
Bookings and orders are confirmed after we check availability, receive the required payment and complete any required agreement. An inquiry alone does not reserve a date. Prices, taxes, shipping and extra charges are shown before purchase. Changes and add-ons require our approval and may cost extra.
DIY Party Box contents
Standard children’s packages serve 8, 10 or 12 participants. The price stays the same if fewer attend. Extra participants and groups over 12 require advance confirmation. Your product listing explains exactly what is included. Photos may show optional upgrades or display items. Balloon arches and installation are not included.
Supplies and finished results
Craft shapes, colors and handmade pieces may vary slightly. We may replace an unavailable supply with a comparable item of equal or greater value. We will ask before making a major change to the theme, activity, quantity or safety requirements. If you decline a major change, we will refund the affected items we have not supplied. Finished crafts may look different from examples.
Safe use of DIY boxes
Adults must supervise children and follow all instructions, labels and age guidance. Kits may contain small parts, balloons, paints, glue, batteries or fragile pieces. Keep unsuitable materials away from young children. Do not eat craft materials, use them on skin unless labeled for that use, or place decorative pieces near heat or flames. Protect clothing and surfaces.
Food and decorative items
Painted, plaster, foam, wood and other decorated pieces are for decoration unless clearly identified as food safe. Craft cake replicas are not edible. Only food specifically listed in a Sweet Treat box is edible. Follow the food storage instructions and ask about ingredients before ordering if allergies are a concern. We cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
Playdates and waivers
A new waiver is required for each participant at every playdate before joining activities. A parent or legal guardian must sign for a minor. A responsible adult must stay on site and supervise; playdates are not drop-off childcare. Everyone must follow staff instructions and activity rules. We may stop participation when behavior creates a safety risk.
Pickup shipping and order problems
Pickup is at the location and time in your confirmation. Shipping is available only where offered and is paid by the buyer. Delivery estimates may change. Check your box when it arrives and contact us promptly about missing, damaged or incorrect items. Include your order number and photos when available. We will review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy.
Cancellations returns and event changes
The cancellation and return rules for your event or box will be shown before purchase. Custom orders may involve charges for work already completed and materials already committed, as disclosed and agreed before purchase. These rules do not remove your rights when an item is defective, damaged, missing or incorrect. If we cancel an event, we offer a refund for that event or an optional transfer or credit. If weather or another disruption prevents an event, we will contact you with refund or rescheduling options.
Photos and privacy
Promotional use of identifiable participant photos or videos requires separate permission. A parent or legal guardian must give permission for a minor. Declining promotional photo permission does not prevent participation. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information.
Responsibility and other agreements
Customers and hosts are responsible for proper use, supervision and following instructions. To the extent allowed by law, we are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, inadequate supervision or unauthorized changes.
